Responsible for developing all operational and human resources systems, including station operating budget and facilities, finalizing all contracts, selecting employees, and assuring compliance with all Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) standards of operations.\n\n\n<b>Western Airlines\t\t\t\tSan Antonio &amp; Austin, Texas\t1985 to 1987<\/b>\n\nStation Manager\n\nAccepted responsibility for successful openings of both the San Antonio and Austin, Texas stations.  Responsibilities included complete development of stations operating budgets, finalization of all contracts, selection of employees, and compliance with Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) standards of operations.\n\n<b>Western Airlines\t\t\t\tEl Paso, Texas\t1983 to 1985<\/b>\n\n<b>Station Manager<\/b>\n\nInstrumental in restructuring company\u2019s outsourcing programs from over one million dollars annually to a reduced, yet efficient $380,000, thus saving over $500,000 without loss of quality, service, or timeliness.  Combined strong planning, organizational leadership, and consensus building skills that resulted in increased productivity and decreased \u201cfat\u201d in the financial systems.  When promoted, station was 18 percent (18%) under budget.\n\n\n<b>Western Airlines\t\t\t\tLos Angeles, California\t1982 to 1983<\/b>\n\n<b>Assistant Manager, Passenger Service<\/b>\n\nWas asked to transfer to Los Angeles to fill critical vacancy.  Over a period of a year, the Los Angeles station had gained the unenviable reputation for late departures, inconsistent management, and fiscal problems. As troubleshooter\/assistant manager, instituted training programs, employee recognition and award activities, and clear expectations for excellence at all levels of the operation.  In a matter of a few months, late departures had been corrected; employee productivity had increased measurably; and operations were handled smoothly and efficiently by employees who felt ownership of the company.  Was asked to delay a promotion to assure continuation of this effort.\n\n\n<b>Western Airlines\t\t\t\tSan Francisco, California\t1980 to 1982<\/b>\n\n<b>Assistant Manager, Ramp Services<\/b>\n\nPromoted and accepted responsibility for supervising approximately 120 (predominantly male) employees.  Department had very poor attendance record.  Developed several incentive programs that resulted in the department becoming noted as one of the top 10 departments within the system.  Researched and was instrumental in policy changes, including the refunding of charges the company had been paying for office machine rental contracts.\n<b>Western Airlines\t\t\t\tLas Vegas, Nevada\t1968 to 1980<\/b>\n\n<b>Reservations, Supervisor, Training Development<\/b>\n\nStarted as a reservations sales agent and moved quickly to ticket sales agent.  Worked in several capacities, most significantly as training supervisor, responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for reservations sales, airport ticket sales, and gate agents.  Used the experience gained as a reservations agent and ticket sales agent to design customer service focused programs. She has owned multiple Care Homes since 2010 and is a Licensed Residential Facility Administrator since 2012, Serving the Las Vegas Community. \nEducation includes Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science, and Bachelor of Science Dual Education Degree all from University of Nevada Reno. In addition she also has a Associates of Science Degree in Nursing from Lassen College. \nFaith is Serving on multiple non-profit boards including Nevada Care Providers,  Asian American Group, Nevada Health Professionals Network, and Nevada Community Health Center. Dr. Brenda Braam was born in Youngstown, Ohio and was saved under the ministry of the late Bishop Norman L. Wagner. She has been a long time resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since 1977. She also lived in Virginia for 12 years. She was ordained under the ministry of Bishop Clinton House by her first Pastor, Presiding Bishop Norman L. Wagner in 1998. Dr. Braam has spent most of her life advocating for disenfranchised and marginalized individuals. The work of\nthe ministry has allowed her to witness the hardship women and children are subjected to\nwhether its domestic violence, homelessness, substance abuse, or working with underserved\ncommunities locally and abroad.\nRev. Dr. Braam was employed by the Virginia Department of Corrections for eleven years as\nthe Lead Chaplain at three correctional facilities. The Haynesville Men\u2019s Correctional Center, Peumansend Regional Jail, and Unit 17 work release facility. She was employed eight years by Nevada Department of Corrections as the Lead Chaplain of the Florence McClure Women\u2019s Facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.\nA strong advocate for women and children, she served on the Governing Body of the Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Alliance in Richmond for six years. This entailed writing policy and introducing legislative proposals for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. She currently\nserves as a Board Member for the Nevada Coalition to End Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and is a Board Member for Nevada Community Health Services.\nRev. Dr. Braam is a respected minister, conference speaker, and lecturer throughout the nation and abroad. Having ministered in Johannesburg and Kimberley, South Africa, Amsterdam, Canada, Mexico, Trinidad, Tobago, and Venezuela. She helped establish a school for underserved children in Tobago. One of her most recent projects was assisting in the founding of a shelter for abused and battered women and children in Kimberley, South Africa. Rev. Dr. Braam has earned degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management from Regent University, a Masters of Divinity from Virginia Union University, a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Liberty University, and a Doctorate in Ministry from United Theological\nSeminary in Dayton, Ohio. Rev. Dr. Braam is an Adjunct Professor and Mentor for doctoral students at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. She is a Certified Domestic Violence and Substance Abuse\nCounselor. Dr. Braam is the CEO of \u201cMissio Dei\u201d CDC Nonprofit and Missio Dei Enterprises,\nLLC. Life Guard International was acquired by American Medical Response (AMR) in 2017 and is now a member of Global Medical Response (GMR), an air and ground medical transportation industry leader. Post-acquisition, Donna concentrated her attention on providing integrated ground and air medical transportation solutions to create better patient outcomes, stronger community relations and a more comprehensive medical transportation business model. As a faithful servant to her profession and to her community, over the years, Donna successfully lead\nmultiple legislative efforts revising the State of Nevada\u2019s EMS provisions; represented Nurses on Nevada State Board of Health, EMS Advisory Committee; she was the President-elect for the Nevada\nAmbulance Association; and she served Nevada Nurses Association in different roles, including as the President of NNA\u2019s District 3, as NNA\u2019s Vice President, and as NNA\u2019s Legislative Committee Chair and\nCo-Chair. For over 10 years she worked as an RN providing care to patients of all ages in hospice facilities, group homes, assisted living facilities, post-acute rehab, and private residences. Her area of interest was mainly hospice until graduating in May of 2017, from National University, with an MSN specializing as a family nurse practitioner. Dr. Schmidt then worked as a family nurse practitioner, seeing patients of all ages, in a clinical setting. In 2021, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Walden University. He has\nfacilitated countless special events surrounding health &amp; wellness, safety, and broad community organizational\ncollaborations. He has chaired and been a frequent guest speaker for a myriad of international, regional, national\nand multistate conferences addressing a wide variety of topics related to health &amp; wellness, youth mentoring,\nsocial\/criminal justice, violence intervention just to name a few, including global virus outbreaks namely H1N1\n(Swine Flu), Ebola and Zika Virus. He is the President &amp; Founder of the non-profit organization Nevada Youth\nAlliance which laid the foundation to all the aforementioned community credits and attributions for over 20 years.\nThe organization also fostered various programs that were institutionalized and became cornerstones for\nchampioning the personal development for youth throughout Nevada and recently on the continent of Africa. In\naddition, he is one of the first 4 African Americans\/Blacks to integrate the school\u2019s educational system in\nHuntsville, Alabama in 1963. The historic event played a major role for the earlier beginnings in desegregation of\npublic schools across the state. Angela teamed up with Dr Kathleen Gates to start the first pediatric hospice program in the  state of Nevada in 2007 and went on to complete her doctorate and start the first clinic based pediatric palliative care program in 2016. She is an accomplished business woman, visionary thinker, unshakable optimist, believes in a bright future &amp; ability to build it together by helping others. Aynee is very active in the Las Vegas community. She served as Community Outreach Chair on the Board of the National Association of Women Business Owners of Nevada (NAWBO) for two years, on the Board of the Women\u2019s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada\u2019s Young Professional Society. Originating from country of Georgia, Lela has been an integral part of the Las Vegas community for 21 years.\n\nBeyond her financial acumen, Lela is dedicated to community service, actively volunteering to enhance Southern Nevada.
